Christian City Complex on Silverwater Road - visionary and vibrant ministry
Newington Christian Fellowship held a Sunday night Pastor's Prayer Meeting during daylight saving time on 7.30pm on Sunday Nights in summer 2003. In May 2003 it was decided to explore the options for developing local Christian Ministry on Sunday nights. A time of Prayer is held on the Olympic Boulevard as an "after Church" later on Sunday night. Contact Pastor for details. This prayer time has continued through 2006 and will continue into 2007 with only an occasional night missed due to por weather or winter flue. We are aware that the need is for Sunday Morning Services and are looking for an affordable venue for the Newington Christian Fellowship. During 2002 we met at 6.30pm on the first Sunday night of every month, in the Newington Community Centre. Please email your interest as subject to alteration as new opportunities arise and community needs are assessed.

the road changes name after Auburn to Olympic Drive and then Rookwood Road
to the south is Bankstown about a kilometer after crossing the Hume Highway.
