Dealing with inappropriate anger
One Sunday night, when I was trusting the Lord to show me a set of steps of recovery, I visited the Sunday night service of the Sydney Christian Outreach Centre, where there was a guest speaker.
He shared about a financial loss and his hurt and frustration,
he was in until the Lord showed him that it wasn't getting him anywhere
and he forgave the man who had
imbessled his funds and began to trust the Lord for his financial provision.
Whilst there are issues with accountability - the imbezzlement had been reported to the Police
and whilst we ought to be angry at the abuse
there is a time to let go
a time to forgive
and I felt I had been brough to that place
If you havn't reached this point
it might be better to look back over the previous steps
and prayerfuly ask God to show you anything that needs resolving first
forgiveness can only come
when you are ready
and when God gives you the grace
this page is under construction - please return
but do move onto to forgiving
as God gives you the grace
