Dear Co-Laborers for Christ,
We want to again thank you for your continued support both financially and with your prayers. It’s nice to see God faithfully blessing this ministry each and every month.
February was a little busier than it usually is, with it being a short month.
The monthly service at Redgranite went well as we had about 120 in attendance. There were a few that raised their hands to make a decision for Christ.
We did a message regarding the ant. We are continuing our series on the Holy Spirit, and also on the trinity.
These have been very good studies with lots of questions and input from the guys each week.
There are many opinions concerning this, that because the Bible doesn’t say “trinity” that it can’t really be true.
There are those who believe that in “Jesus only” and that we have to endure unto the end to be saved and get the Holy Spirit,
but as we dig in the Scriptures we see that it is not true!
One man sent me a letter and asked if we could teach that in “Jesus only” is a false teaching and we need the Holy Spirit in our lives.
When we first started this back in December we had about 25 men, now we are at 35 to 40.
The Bible study on Tuesday and Sunday for the females is going okay. We are running about 6 each week.
We are doing a study on “false doctrines”. At the Sunday mornings at the J-POD (Huber)
we are continuing our study on Galatians, we are now getting into chapter 2. We have 6 guys in attendance right now.
The Tuesday night men’s Bible study is running about 25 men each week, and this is being taped now on Tuesdays
and then played the following Sunday morning throughout the jail. This is being done by Pastor Rich Biermann.
We are seeing a number of different people each week both at Redgranite and at the Dodge County Jail, so that is more opportunities to get out the gospel.
Joy & I went to see the lady who was released back in November 2009, and she is doing okay.
She has a hard time getting to church because she can’t drive yet because she has no license, so she goes when she can.
This month, March 14th I will be giving a ministry update at our church The Rock Bible Baptist in the morning service.
On April 11th we will be at West Salem Baptist Church in the morning giving them an update as well.
We will be watching our granddaughters on April 9th and 10th for our son and daughter-in-law.
The evening of April 11th we will be at Oshkosh Correctional for 2 services.
In closing, pray for those that we minister to each week at these institutions. We are seeing more and more “false teachings” coming in and they are being noticed and being heard.
