BACK TO WORSHIP

SINGING Arlanza has always been a singing church, and singing occupies a central role in our worship today. In song, we lift up our praise and love to God, as well as encourage and build one another up.

Make a joyful noise to the Lord.

GREETING TIME To members of Arlanza greeting one another is an important time in our worship. During this time, we exchange our love for one another and give the Lord's blessing to visitors and one another. We do not see this as an interruption in our worship but rather as and expression of the life of God among us.

Greet one another in the name of Jesus.

QUIET TIMES These are times of silence during which we choose to be still before the Lord, listening to what He has to say to our hearts.

Be still before the Lord.

OFFERINGS We give tithes and offerings as a symbol of our giving ourselves to the Lord and His Kingdom, and for the financial support of the ministry of our church.

Bring your tithes and offerings into the temple.

PRAYER We offer up prayer to God as part of your worship. Sometimes the pastor leads and sometimes other members lead us in prayer.

Pray at all times without ceasing.
