Stories Behind Songs of Inspiration.

BROTHER LEE HALL

There are a total of twenty one separate articles presented for your use considerations: 15 regular hymns; two that are befitting Christmas, three for Easter and one that is just a patriotic hymn that we all (should) know.
Keep in mind that the central interest here is how a song is made, or why. Each item is traceable to it's own author. The only thing that I can say is that in putting these articles from various Christian hymnal series and other sources, is, that it has been a beautiful, heartwarming and pleasant experience for me. I sincerely hope that you may use these in conjunction with your internet work, and, that there might be use beyond for the recipients.

Thank you very much.

Each time we open the pages to our hymnals, GOD, THE FATHER clears the way and is in ou r breath as we sing to HIM.
At your church, you may find introduction as to the making of some of the world's greatest hymns, interesting as we do. We often present these as "readings" from a member of our congregation, then our PRAISE TEAM LIFTS ALL OF US SPIRITUALLY INTO THAT SONG WHICH HAS JUST BEEN INTRODUCED.
As we did in our hymnal development and research, GOD, THE FATHER'S HAND is found in each of these incredible instances that tell us how, over time, of these came from something totally unexpected, sometimes slightly mysterious, but always with HIS HOLY SPIRIT woven in words throughout.
