like fine jewels on a clear, cloudless, night... It is a fantastic experience, to be where there is no light, other then the moon and the stars... To be able to lie back and ponder on the magnificent beauty...The stars seem so close, at times, as if to be able to reach up & touch them!...It is another wonderful opportunity to contemplate on God's wonderous creation!... "Our God is an Awesome God, who reigns from heaven above, with mercy power and love our God is an Awsome God!"... (These are lyrics from a favorite song, that seemed to fit.)

Genesis 1:14-19
And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to seperate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so...God made two great lights-the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars...God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, to govern the day and the night, and to seperate light from darkness.
