This past weekend was one of those crazy weekends. Saturday was the Carolina Coaster Classic at Carowinds, visit the photos of the event and some construction of Intimidator too!

Sunday night I visited the Cabarrus County Fair for the second time. Click here for the video!

Today was truly a historic day for Carowinds as they announced their new $23,000,000 coaster for 2010 called Intimidator! That's me to the left with a piece of the track.

Today was the 1st Annual Coaster Stock (think Wood Stock for Carowinds fans). Check out the photos here.

Six Flags Over Georgia was one of the earliest theme parks I can ever remember visiting, and I've been back a "few" times. Today I got to 165 different coasters ridden (total)!

I visited on a gorgeous day (for July in ATL), but it was packed! Check out the 'New for 2009' Monster Mansion video here and the photos of the park here.

Today the good folks at GAP (not the store) met up at Alabama Adventure.

After a very long wait, the former Red Devil roller coaster at Ghost Town in the Sky opened! I was fortunate to get to the park today and got 11 rides.

Over the weekend I headed up to Cincinnati to visit Kings Island and their new coaster Diamondback. I also stopped by Dollywood on the way home.

Carowinds debuted their new coaster Carolina Cobra yesterday to the public, but I got a preview of the relocated ride on Friday. The park did a nice job with the ride, and the new train is great! Click here for the photos and here for the video!
