Through Jesus Christ Everyone is connected to a family through... Family Connections. These connections may have been established through birth, adoption, or marriage. These family connections may be intacted, lost, broken, unknown, or even unacknowledged, but the reality is that... The Family Connections exist. Our earthly family connections fade over time, but our Heavenly family connection is everlasting.
As a youth and, even, now some forty years later, the biblical "begats", or genealogical lists fascinate me as I read and study The Bible. These biblical "family connections" are interesting to study, but what inspires me the most is that God's love, patience, and forgiveness is revealed for each family connection. And that it is through His Living Son, Jesus Christ that man remains connected to God... Our Heavenly Father.
