3. Can I get a Bible imprinted if I order online?

Yes! When you complete an order online at, you will be asked if you want any of the titles imprinted. Except in a few instances where imprinting is discounted for bulk orders, charges $5.00 for each imprinted item. Please note, some Bibles are not easily imprintable. Generally we won't offer imprinting on products that are not good candidates for imprinting, such as certain hardcovers. Some items, however, are imprinted at the discretion of the buyer.

4. Are prices guaranteed?

It's not uncommon for people to see a price on our site and say, "That's way too low. It can't possibly be correct!" 99.9% of the time they're wrong, and they're just looking at an example of one of our many rock-bottom, hard-to-believe prices sometimes as much as 90% off retail! However, it has happened that we have displayed a price that is incorrect. In these rare instances we must reserve the right to not honor these mistakes as they are the computer equivalent of typographical errors. But, in the vast majority of cases, prices seen on our site are correct and trustworthy.

Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. We will send an email as soon as the order ships. Occasionally some of our products may be out of stock at the time of your order. If there are backorders on your order, we won’t charge your credit card until shipment.

9. Shipping within the continental United States currently offers five shipping methods:

  • Standard Service generally takes 1 to 2 weeks.
  • UPS Ground® takes 1 to 6 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail takes about 1 to 6 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® takes 2 business days from when it ships.
  • UPS Next Day Air® takes 1 business day from when it ships.
Note that standard shipping uses both U.S. Postal Service and UPS. The carrier is automatically selected to provide delivery based on the destination and weight of your order. On Priority, UPS 2nd Day Air ® and UPS Next Day Air ®, any order placed by 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) will ship that same day (weekends and holidays excepted). We've listed our shipping charges and other particulars on our rate chart so that you may see how each of the services compare. Please note that these shipping methods are only available to our U.S. customers.

10. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, only our Standard (up to 3-5 weeks) or Priority (2 to 5 business days) shipping methods are available. See our rate chart for pricing information.

11. How do you calculate shipping charges for orders?

Postage is based on the total cost of your order, not the weight of the package. When you complete your order at, our online ordering system will automatically calculate the postal charges based on the total cost of the particular order, so there's no need for you to figure it out for yourself.

12. What shipping method should I select for framed art?

The majority of our framed art can be shipped to any address in the continental U.S. (not Alaska or Hawaii) via any shipping method we offer. Due to size restrictions, a few framed art pieces as well as other large products cannot be shipped via standard delivery. These same pieces cannot be shipped to Canada or anywhere outside the continental U.S. If you have any questions regarding shipping of framed art, please feel free to contact us.

13. Is it possible to send someone a gift directly from

Yes! Sending a gift from is quick and easy. products make great gifts, and our selection will allow you to find something for everyone on your gift list.
