In The Light Of The Lord

"For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved." Romans 10:9-10

"If any of you lack wisdom,let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven in the the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways." James 1:5-8 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him." James 2:12

Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations . . ." —Matthew 28:18-19 "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you . . ." ( John 15:7 ) — that is the way to keep going. Where we are placed is then a matter of indifference to us, because God sovereignly engineers our goings. John 15:7 "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you."
