The house churches we will see sprouting and growing all over the South of Trinidad will practice reproduction from the outset. They will be like the indigenous coconut trees...culturally adaptable.
When groups start nearing the number of 15-20 adult members, the church planter will take two or three members and go to another area where surveying reveals there is a need for a church.
The Planter will work with the original two or three to build a new house church as quickly as possible. Leaders will be trained by observing, then taking more responsibility each week. When leaders have been trained, responsibility for the church is turned over to them
