The Home/Cell Groups will rarely exceed 15-20 persons before reproducing into new groups. We will begin by stating that three families are adequate to begin a church.
What we want to "birth" are house churches. The house church is not organized under a "mother" church. House churches tend to be more alive than do the normal "cell" churches.
The house churches will worship, evangelize, disciple, minister, and fellowship. They will be similar to a 10,000 member church, except on a smaller scale.
The close knit membership will be better able to care for members as well as minister to unsaved participants.
